Hello All,

Manuel, Prince of Jodoigne/Hannut/Waremme area (prince of countryside :D).

I start VTES with the camarilla edition (2000) with a Nosferatu intercept deck...In 2005 I open a Shop in Jodoigne, and begin to introduce the game too many players...between 2006 and 2009, Jodoigne was probably the biggest community of VTES player in Belgium.

I close my shop in June 2009 to start a new work who take me a lot of my time (more than my family :D) but I "stop" to play with the announce of WW to stop the game... I re-start to play during the summer 2012 with a small group of "old" players, mainly during friendly game with bbq and so on... I try to raise a new community with the shop "Moonga World"...but without card to purchase, new players don't stay...and go back to MAGIC when a new extension release.

Actually, we play with our small friendly playgroup (5 players) around twice a month, mainly the saturday evening.

My favourite deck is actually a Ravnos => Nightmare curse, but I also like to play my !Salubri! combat deck. Normally I play a deck as the same as my character in the RPG. !Salubri! and Ravnos was my last 2 big character, now, I play a Gangrel in the RPG...so I must create a Gangrel deck.

Hope to find the time to play again in some Tournament in Belgium...but I don't have a lot of time for this matter.

Hello everyone,

I'm Tom and I live in Ghent. I'm the faithful ghoul of Prince Mig from Ghent ;)

I started roleplaying in the 90's when I was still a kid. I moved on to magic around 2000. I played (casual & competitive) and did some judging until 2010. My interest in the game just waned and died out. I still kept my cards though.

Last year, a distant friend (from Antwerp) announced he had quit VTES and offered me a bunch of Jyhad cards (I think about 2000 of them) at a ridiculously low price. Being a big fan of the roleplaying game, I jumped on the opportunity and bought the lot. I read the rules and started some casual play in our local gaming community, the thunderbolts , where some of the elder folks (Erik, Patje, Koen, Werner...) still owned some decks and cards. My buddy Mig showed some interest too and got hold of a bunch of cards.

Since I was new to the game and only had access Jyhad cards, I created an old-school Malkavian stealth-bleed deck. I recently bought a bunch of new cards (courtesy of Dennis) and I’m using what little spare time I have (going back and forth between 2 jobs and negotiations for a house takes a lot from me) to make an inventory of my cards. The crypt-cards are coming up pretty well. I hope to be done by the end of may and be able to make some new decks after that.

and though We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Hello all of you

My name is Michel. I started playing VTES in Jodoigne some years ago in the shop of Manu/Melanaer (that does not exist anymore :( ) along with other games (Magic, L5R, Warhammer,...), mainly casual games. I started playing a classical Malkavian:Malkavian AT stealth/bleed.

I stopped to play L5R because of the high rise of the booster prices.
I still regularly play Magic, most of the times with my son. And I like to play VTES when possible.
Now I still play the Malkav, but I also tried Assamite and Brujah.
I did play more casual games but have participated to some tournaments in Belgium, The Nethelands or north of France being classifed most of the times in the 5 last players B)

I did not play for month since I couldn't go elsewhere
Now I can again move to other cities and can come again play with all of you.

Hi!

I am Yannick from Liège and I was introduced to VTES by another player who originally played in Jodoigne but moved to Liège two to three years ago (I think) and, just for your information, my first very first deck was an imbued deck, which I still play sometimes.

I feel like there's only 3 active players left in Liege, so I hope I'll get the occasion to play with you sometime.

So, see you around, I hope!
